Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as foreman or team leader in commercial or residential construction.
Advanced knowledge in construction systems (metal framing, drywall, painting, finishes, flooring, furniture).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Leadership, organization and effective communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve unforeseen events.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control on site.
Desirable basic management of reports (logbook, progress control, attendance, etc.).
Intermediate English (desirable for bilingual projects).
